"I know, I know you've heard it before....it's never too late, BUT I am living proof, thanks to my body and the expert leadership at FAST! When I retired from the real world, I took up the job I have now, getting fit and training at FAST. I have dropped 20 lbs., am at 19% body fat and have gone from full blown osteoporosis to no traces at all."
"I began training at Foothills after recovering from a knee injury and have continued over the last year to address other fitness goals. It has been very beneficial for my overall health and especially for strength, stamina and balance. The consistent attention to correct form and varied exercise has made it an excellent investment in my health."
"A benefit of Foothills is the consciousness of the trainers not to push you to the point where you might over stress your body and cause injury. At almost 76, I want to be able to be active and continue to do the things I've always enjoyed and continue to live an active lifestyle."
