Education: Springfield College

Wade enjoys working with all types of athletes and focuses training on injury prevention, metabolic conditioning, and nutrition. He created the Springfield College Bodybuilding Club, which still exists at the school today.

Education: Arizona State University

Megan grew up in a family of athletes, and enjoys actively working with not only student athletes, but clients of all ages pursuing their fitness goals. She also enjoys training for and completing obstacle course races such as the Spartan and Tough Mudder.

George enjoys working with his clients in different populations, and his goal is to help them stay active and reach their physical activity to the highest level. His hobbies include basketball, working out, and hiking.

Education: Northwestern Oklahoma State University

Kaleigh enjoys motivating and pushing clients to reach their personal fitness goals. She also takes pride in working with athletes to help them develop to the next level. Outside of FAST, she spends time playing and coaching basketball.
