Travis played college football and was a multi-sport athlete in high school. His goal is to help all athletes and clients reach their full potential, take their game to the next level, and reduce chances of injury through functional training.

Education: Arizona State University

Chris has trained athletes from all divisions, ranging from junior high level to professional athletes. In high school, he played football, basketball and baseball and led Page High School to a State Runner-Up title in basketball. In his free time, Chris enjoys hiking, camping, wake boarding, and visiting his favorite place, Lake Powell.

Grant enjoys coaching because he feels he can bring the best out of his clients, help them unlock their potential, and reach their fitness goals. Staying active is one of the ways he keeps himself prepared to coach his athletes. His hobbies include football, hiking, or any outdoor activities.
