FAST is here to bring your game to the next level, regardless of sport, age, or ability. Driven by results, our Strength and Conditioning coaches work to help everyone, from youth to professional athletes, achieve their goals, both in and out of season.
The Sports Performance Program prepares athletes to get the most out of their bodies and workouts by improving speed, vertical jump, agility, core strength and building explosive power—all while instructing athletes on ways to prevent injury.
We take into consideration your current fitness workload, including practices and games, to coordinate and create supplemental training sessions to help improve your performance. Need a quick recovery? FAST can help with foam roller exercises, ice, heat and even send you over to Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy for a rapid evaluation.

$200/month with 6 month commitment

This program is ideal for in-season athletes who need supplemental training in order to take their game to the next level. Train up to 2 days a week.
