Group Class Workouts
Fast-paced workouts designed for individuals looking for a challenging way to improve their overall fitness level. Classes focus on improving cardiovascular conditioning and total body endurance.
Strengthen your hips, glutes, abs and back using free-weights, medicine balls, resistance bands and body weight exercises. This class is ideal for anyone looking to strengthen their core!
Burn more fat and calories than in any other form of exercise. High-Intensity Interval Training workouts are designed to achieve an all-out, 100% effort of intense short burst exercises followed by short recovery periods.
Lower Body Fitness
Workouts consist of strength training exercises for the lower body and core muscles. You will utilize free weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, and body weight exercises to improve your strength and tone the lower body.
Low Impact Fitness
Low intensity, total body workout designed to improve cardiovascular and muscular fitness while limiting the amount of stress on your body. Exercises can be modified for individuals with current or past injuries.
Stretch and Tone
Gain muscular tone through high repetition, low weight strength exercises. Increase flexibility by utilizing various forms of stretching such as dynamic, static and PNF, as well as foam rolling/deep tissue release.
Total Body Blast

Upper Body Fitness
