With 2,500 square feet and performance turf, the North Central Phoenix facility is perfect for those who are looking to push their limits. Offering sports performance training, personal and semi-private, as well as group fitness classes, there’s an option for everyone. Facility managers, Nate and Shane, especially enjoy developing athletes of all levels and helping them reach their goals—both in and out of season.

Shane was the offensive MVP on the 2006 Saguaro High School State Championship team, and he went on to play Wide Receiver for University of Nevada. He has worked with a wide variety of clients, including ASU athletes.

Education: Chadron State College
Tricia competed in volleyball, basketball and softball during high school. After high school she played collegiate basketball for Chadron State College and later went on to play for the AIST Collegiate USA Team in Italy. She has worked with a wide variety of individuals from all fitness levels.

Education: Arizona State University
Mik is currently enrolled at Arizona State University and has been a part of the FAST team since 2015. He's a national qualifier in Olympic Weightlifting and has mad dunking skills.

Andrew started with FAST as an intern and was immediately hired after he finished. Andrew is a hard worker in the gym and at home, where he makes his own pre workout formulas and theraguns.
