This facility is also proud to be a training partner of GORUCK. Rucking consists of simply putting weight on your back and going for a walk. Jeff enjoys working with all types of athletes and focuses on strength, conditioning, and injury prevention. After graduating with a degree in Kinesiology from ASU, he spent the two years working in outpatient physical therapy. Jeff has also completed his certification in USA Weightlifting and earned his certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Education: Northern Arizona University
Kaylee has a passion for anything related to aquatics, whether swimming, diving, water polo, or synchronized swimming. She has been a lifeguard since 2015 and has participated and coached in all areas. She is a native of Arizona and enjoys helping people see a physical change to better themselves and a positive attitude shift. She is excited to be working as a FAST trainer and supporting our local community in reaching their fitness goals.
"I have had 6 shoulder surgeries, two were complete reconstruction. I have been rehabbing here for about two years and 3 months ago began working out with Jeff. He does an awesome job working with my PT to design a workout allowing me to strengthen but not injure my shoulder. In the last 3 months I have dropped 4.8% body fat, which is an added bonus.
