Youth Speed Training Classes (Ages 7 to 22)
Our FAST Chandler team is dedicated to helping young athletes excel in their sports by unlocking their full potential through speed and agility training. This Fall Break, we’re offering an exclusive opportunity for youth athletes to enhance their skills, boost their confidence, and gain invaluable knowledge to become stronger and faster on the field!
Our expert coaches will guide you through the following:
- Proper Running Form: Master acceleration, top speed, and change of direction techniques to gain a competitive edge.
- Explosive Power: Develop the explosive power necessary to dominate the field or court.
- Improve overall athletic performance
- Reduce the risk of injury
- Build explosive power
- Build confidence
Groups at 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, & 5:00 PM Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM Saturday (Sign-up only)
