Looking for a summer program to get the winning edge over the competition? FAST offers a great program to keep athletes active during the summer heat and give them a competitive edge before returning to school in the fall.
The Sports Performance Program takes place from May-August and registration is open throughout the summer. Through this summer program, athletes, ages 8-18, will work on building explosive power, increasing vertical jump, endurance, core strength, improving balance, and much more all through functional training and coaching.
