- How do I get started?
Ready to break a sweat? Great! Contact the FAST location you’re interested in to set up your FREE Fitness Assessment and/or first session or group class.
For new clients, you’ll fill out our new client registration packet which includes a brief medical background, fitness readiness questionnaire and an informed consent waiver.
- Can I try FAST for free?
We get it, you want to try before you buy. That’s why we’ve set up a FREE Fitness Assessment Session for all new members. Contact the location you’re interested in to schedule your free assessment.
- I’ve never had personal training before. What should I expect?
Whether it’s your first time training or you’re an avid fitness-goer, our Strength and Conditioning coaches will guide you through your workout routine, as well as share tips on injury-prevention—in and out of the gym. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring water.
- Is my child old enough for the Sports Performance Program?
FAST works with children as young as 8 years old involved in all sports and activities. Contact your local FAST to learn more.
- I’m finishing my physical therapy treatment. Is FAST safe for me?
We work hand-in-hand with the Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy team to ensure a seamless transition from the end of therapy treatment to the beginning of your functional training with FAST.
