Nick's expertise lies in Olympic lifting, sports performance, and injury prevention, making him a valuable asset to clients seeking to excel in their fitness journey. His journey into personal training was born out of adversity, having undergone two hip surgeries without health insurance. Nick's experience ignited his passion for helping others recover from injuries or, better yet, avoid them altogether.
