"I became a client at FAST after an injury and rehab with Foothills. I wanted to continue to gain strength and improve my balance to prevent future injuries. With fun and varied workouts to prevent burnout, I have increased my strength, improved my balance and stabilized my bone density."
"I'm a freshman at Sunrise Mountain, I attend FAST during my track season to help with my sprints and long jump. Since then, both my endurance and overall abilities have improved. I plan on attending FAST again to continue on improving with all of my sports-related goals. I highly recommend Kyle as a coach, he is motivational and creates individually based plans for success and improvement."
"Kyle brings to the table a rare combination of technical expertise and extremely affable, accessible camaraderie in his approach to care and progress. He listens, adapts, makes excellent personalized, customized recommendations that work."
