The Sports Performance Program prepares athletes to optimize their performance by improving speed, vertical jump, agility, core strength, and building explosive power—all while instructing athletes on preventing injury. FAST brings your game to the next level, regardless of sport, age, or ability. For us, it’s not just about playing for the day; we educate athletes in the proper mechanics to move for life. Driven by results, our Strength and Conditioning coaches work to help everyone, from youth to professional athletes, to achieve their goals, both in and out of season.
Sports Performance Sessions
- 1st session includes a performance evaluation.
- Sessions consist of small groups of 6-8 athletes per 1 coach.
